These terms govern your use of cove-sleep.com and any purchase you make from Cove Sleep (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of Australia. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Products and pricing

We describe our pillows and prices as accurately as we can. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time. We may correct errors and we may limit or refuse an order.

These are physical support pillows. They are not therapeutic goods and they are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we do not claim that a pillow treats, cures or prevents a condition.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once accepted. We ship to Australian addresses only — see Shipping. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription on this store.

Trial and returns

Every order includes a 30-night trial. If mornings are not better, we take the pillow back and refund you. Details, including free trial returns, are on the Returns page.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can be limited, and the law allows it, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

The site content — text, images, product names and branding, including CoveCurve, CoveCradle, CoveLoop, CoveStay, CoveWedge and the named mechanisms — belongs to Cove Sleep and may not be copied without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout, or scrape it in a way that harms the store or other customers.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page. An order you already placed stays on the terms that applied when you placed it.
